Math Syntax Sanitizer is built with a privacy-first philosophy. Our goal is to provide a utility tool that is safe, transparent, and does not intrude on your personal data.
1. Data Collection & Usage
This application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics services.
2. Local Processing
All math text sanitization happens entirely on your local device. When you paste text into the app, it is processed within your browser's memory and is never sent to a server. Once you close the app or refresh the page, the processed text is cleared.
3. Permissions
The app only requires the standard Clipboard permission to allow you to paste messy AI text and copy the cleaned results. No other system permissions (Camera, Location, Contacts) are requested.
4. Third-Party Services
The app is hosted via Cloudflare Pages. While Cloudflare may collect standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and maintenance purposes, Math Syntax Sanitizer does not access or use this data.
5. Offline Support & Local Caching
Math Syntax Sanitizer is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that supports full offline use. After the first visit, the app's files are cached on your device, allowing the app to run without an internet connection.
No personal data is included in the cache. You can clear it at any time through your browser's application settings or by uninstalling the app.
